Shipments and returns
Article 1 – Deliveries
The Trains160 Company will proceed to the delivery of your order at the address of your choice, as specified on the order form.
The delivery times indicated for some items are for information only and may be subject to change. The Trains160 Company will not be held responsible for any consequences of delivery delay or the loss of a parcel by the carrier. In the event of a parcel not being delivered within the allotted time, an inquiry will be made with the carrier. This may take several days (ex : 21 days with the French Post).
During that period, no refund or new sending will be made. Unless a prior explicit agreement has been reached, no delivery can be made before the complete payment of the item.
All our dispatches are insured by us at market value.
Article 2 – Deliveries price list
The order of items (engine, coach, wagon, setting) is subject to the same delivery rate, i.e. 8 euros for any parcel delivered to metropolitan France and 17 euros for any parcel delivered to E.U. country.
Orders of photo-etched accessories only will be dispatched at letter rate, i.e. 3 euros to metropolitan France and 5 euros to E.U. country.
For dispatches to another country, please consult us in order to get the applicable rate.
Free-port is granted for orders over or equal to 180 euros including VAT with a delivery address in metropolitan France.
Article 3 – Returns
The customer can return the ordered item for exchange to the Trains160 Company within 7days. Return will be at his own charge and under his own responsibility, except in case of an obvious mistake from the company. No return will be accepted if it has not been agreed beforehand by the company. For a return request, please contact us indicating your order number, reference(s) and motives as well as your time availabilities, so that we can give you a return number. The item must be intact and in its original package, including all accessories and documents.
