Fascinated by model railways for more than 20 years, I am convinced of the potential of N scale, especially in France. Further development will be possible only if the manufacturers regularly develop new, quality models, covering a wide range of eras.
 |
Because of the slow development of N gauge in France, I decided to create TRAINS160, a company specialising in the online sale of French model railways in N scale. As well as distributing the Fulgurex, Hobbytrain, Kato, Lematec, L.S.Models, Mabar, Piko, Startrain, and ABE, ARA, GPP, NLook, Pégase and SMD ranges, I am working on a new exclusive model of a well known SNCF coach type to exact 1/160 scale. If this model is a success, not less than two new models per year will be offered, starting in 2009.
